Suggested fabrics: Make Crystal in a fabric with a lovely fluid drape, i.e. not too heavy or lightweight. Does the fabric have a nap, such as suede or corduroy, or is it striped? All the better! Crystal’s pattern pieces are cut in different directions, which creates a fun and funky visual effect. Mix it up with colour blocking or alternating shades of denim and you’re guaranteed a skirt with plenty of flair. Fancy a more elegant look? Make Crystal in a soft drape fabric like satin or viscose crepe.
