Vintage 90s/y2k red mini dress by Bebe with a faux cheongsam style collar, piped velvet trim, and a satin rosette accent at the thigh (the rosette could be removed with a seam ripper if desired if you just want to have a regular leg slit).

Fits like: Labeled size 8, fits modern small to medium (see measurements to ensure fit)
Fabric: Shell feels like rayon, lining is acetate/polyester
Brand: Bebe, made in USA
Condition: Very good, with some sections of light fraying at the edges of the frog closures. There is also 6x9” section of acid burn on the lower back of the skirt lining (not visible when worn) - could be from the skirt being treated with a chemical for cleaning. It has since been washed so we believe it has just stained the fabric.
